Every step of the product, sealed on the blockchain

OxiAgro writes each event in a product's life to a permissioned blockchain ledger the moment it happens. The record cannot be edited or backdated afterwards, so a buyer, a lender or an inspector reads the same history the farmer built.

Written once. Registration, seed lot, every application, harvest, grading, each handoff, each certificate and the sale are recorded as they happen.
Sealed. Each entry is linked to the one before it, so changing any past entry would break the chain and show.
Permissioned. Farmers' personal data stays private. Each party sees what it is entitled to: a buyer sees the lot, a lender sees its loan, an agency sees what it regulates.
Checked from the carton. The QR code on every Verified Nigerian carton opens the lot's record and its seal.

Nigerian produce is too often treated abroad as unknown cargo. OxiAgro replaces that reputation with a fact about each lot, built from what happens on the farm.

Fund your next crop with the harvest you already have

At harvest, prices are lowest and the need for cash is highest, so farmers sell cheap. OxiAgro lets a farmer store graded produce in a licensed warehouse, receive a digital warehouse certificate, and borrow against it while waiting for a better price.

Store and grade
The harvest lot goes to a licensed warehouse, where it is weighed, graded and insured. Its full history comes with it from the ledger.
Receive a certificate
A digital warehouse certificate is issued on the ledger, tied to that exact lot, its grade and its quantity.
Borrow against it
Lenders see the certificate and the lot's record and bid to lend. The loan lands in the farmer's digital account to fund the next crop.
Sell when the price is right
When the buyer pays, the lender is repaid automatically, the certificate is released and the balance goes to the farmer.

Cocoa and coffee farmers

Don't sell at a discount when the price moves against you

Cocoa and coffee are priced on world markets. A farmer who needs cash at harvest has to sell the lot whatever the price that week, often at a discount. With an OxiAgro warehouse certificate, the beans wait in a licensed store while the farmer decides when to sell.

Preserve the goods. Beans stay graded, insured and stored to specification instead of being sold off the farm.
Borrow against the certificate. Cash for the next season or the household while the beans wait.
Trade the certificate. Ownership passes on the ledger through a licensed exchange, without moving a single bag. The buyer receives the stock and its verified history together.
Sell into a better price. When the price moves up, sell; the lender is repaid at settlement and the balance lands in the farmer's digital account.

Storage and finance carry a cost, and prices can fall as well as rise. A certificate gives the farmer the choice of when to sell; it does not guarantee a price. In Ghana, cocoa certificates operate within the COCOBOD marketing framework.

A certificate a lender can trust

A paper warehouse receipt says how much is in store. An OxiAgro certificate also says where it grew, from what seed, what was applied and who has held it, all sealed on the ledger. That history is what lets a lender price the loan fairly and lend to farmers who have never had credit. For cocoa and coffee bound for Europe, the plot-level record also supports deforestation-free sourcing evidence.

Warehouse certificates are issued with licensed warehouse operators, and loans are made by regulated lenders. OxiAgro records, verifies and settles.

The certificate is virtual and pooled by grade. It goes up and down with every deposit, sale, transfer, pledge and withdrawal on a sealed ledger, so it can be financed, traded or transferred without moving a bag.
